Orders, Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times & Details

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders fulfilled directly by Wander Together Outfitters typically ship within 5 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays or peak seasons. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Some items may be fulfilled by third-party partners and can take an additional 2–8 business days to process. These items may ship separately and may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note:

  • Shipping carriers may be adjusted based on size, weight, or destination.
  • Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

We do not currently offer international shipping due to tariff restrictions. For questions about shipping to U.S. territories or remote delivery areas, contact us at shop@wandertogetheroutfitters.com.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. All returns must be requested and approved via email. To start a return, contact us at shop@wandertogetheroutfitters.com and include your order number with the subject line: ATTN RETURNS.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the preferred size or style.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Clearance and final sale items
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants)
  • Personal care, beauty, or bath items
  • Intimates (e.g. bralettes, underwear)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include photos and retain the original packaging, as these may be needed for claims.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your return is eligible for a refund or store credit. All refunds and store credits are issued solely at our discretion based on the condition of the item and reason for return.

If approved, we will issue either a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, as determined by our team. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process any refund if applicable.


Canceled Orders

In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to inventory availability or shipping constraints. If that happens, you’ll be notified by email and refunded in full.
