Shipping Times, Terms & Costs
Items Processed Directly Through Our Warehouse: Items processed through Wander Together Outfitters will process and ship within 5 business days. Please allow additional time through peak seasons and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information for each package shipped.
Items Fulfilled Through Our Partners: Products will be shipped separately, at a flat rate per item, or free shipping. Please note that it may take longer for these items to process and ship; please allow an extra 2-8 business days. Some items may not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Contact us at email@example.com to have items shipped outside of the continental US and for shipping costs
Please note that based on size, cost, handling and location, shipping carrier may be adjusted.
Once the item is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over shipping times. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are happy to accept returns if the items are wrong, damaged prior to shipping or defective. Please contact us immediately (within 3 calendar days) If you received your order damaged or defective. If damaged during transit, please also contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see what we can do about an order that does not meet your expectations.
Customs, duties, and taxes
WhereGalsWander and Wander Together Outfitters are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada at this time. Contact email@example.com for further inquires.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to return the item to us. Please request your return as soon as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must indicate in the subject line : ATTN RETURNS and include your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items are final and non-returnable, unless they are damaged or defective.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care/health/beauty, finer items (bralettes) and bath goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards: these are final sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Sizes and items may sell out, so please contact us first.
